Formation of Intellectual Information and Knowledge Qualities Based on Digital Educational Services

The relevance of the study is determined by the influence of digitalization on the development of key skills of students that meet requirements of the digital industrial production. The research purpose is to develop methodological tools for the process of forming intellectual information and knowledge qualities, the implementation of which is necessary to increase the development level of professional and personal skills of students. The authors defined a set of theoretical provisions that reveal a paradigm of students’ intellectual characteristics. The conceptual definition made it possible to form a structural model of intellectual qualities as an integral system of personal information and knowledge development. The determinants of intellectual qualities are identified, which represent the integration of content-based, operational-activity, information-technological, personal and cognitive components. A methodological concept for the process of forming intellectual information and knowledge qualities has been created, as a result of which implementation a meaningful education will be built, leading to the qualitative development of competencies and deepening knowledge within the professional field. Groups of digital educational tools are identified that are necessary for the development of the educational ecosystem and will help improve the efficiency of the educational process. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the expansion of possible options for obtaining information and knowledge competencies by students, and the practical significance lies in the possibility of application of the methodological approach in the learning process. The research results will contribute to the improvement of educational process in the conditions of digital society.
