Comparative Analysis of Cell Structure Models with Standardized Models Manufactured by PolyJet Matrix Additive Technology Based on Compressive Relaxation Tests

From the following tests, one of the rheological properties of the RGD720 material can be assessed in the form of a photo-curable resin and a molding silicone. Then, one of the characteristics which is the percentage stress drop for comparison with joints of inhomogeneous materials can be compiled, which will enable the information to be used to determine the effect of material volume on the characteristics of the models. It was indicated that the percentage decrease in force at constant load was greatest for the hexagonal cell structure. For the other two structures, a situation occurred where the percentage decrease and maximum force values are greater for the QSS structure, relative to the helical structure. The results may serve in the development of the design and manufacturing of further cell structures in larger models.
