摘要

Disturbance rejection is a fundamental issue with power system load frequency control. In this paper, a frequency regulation strategy based on disturbance observers is proposed for Multi area power plants (MAPP) combined Solar energy. The recommended control strategy consists of the design of Automatic Generation Control (AGC) and a disturbance observer. Building the disturbance observer requires obtaining the nominal model. First, for the given interconnected system, the newly extended states observer (ESO) is meant to estimate both the load uncertainties and the unmeasurable state variables. As an alternative, the frequency response model parameter estimation technique is used in the design of AGC. The suggested method has the advantage of increasing modeling accuracy and frequency regulation effectiveness by considering the dynamics of the inverse response process during the disturbance observer design process. To illustrate the usefulness of the suggested strategy, simulation examples are provided along with a comparison with other traditional approaches. The outcomes of the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulations not only demonstrated the effectiveness of the recently proposed control approach but also significantly altered the parameter fluctuations of the networking power plants (PP).
