Microbiota and Diseases Associated with Rheumatic and Autoimmune Diseases

Autoimmune liver disease, several types of glomerulonephritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and rheumatoid arthritis have been associated with gut dysbiosis. The physiopathological mechanism will be discussed here.
