Dorsum: Dorsal Reduction
摘要
Patients with a hump or over-projected dorsum are candidates for dorsal reduction. Dorsal hump reduction can cause both aesthetic and functional problems if performed incorrectly. Complications varying from small dorsal irregularities to saddle nose may occur after dorsal hump reduction. The old adage “He who masters the tip, masters rhinoplasty” has changed with the development of new tip techniques to “He who masters the dorsum, masters rhinoplasty.”
