The contribution introduces the civil justice systems of the post-Soviet countries (in the procedural sense) that have close links with non-recognized States (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine) and it includes systems in the non-recognized entities. Reference is made of the court systems in these countries (including judicial independence), legal sources and major topics of reform; procedural maxims, Europeanization and use of IT in civil and economic procedure. As the book in general, this contribution deals with the law as of 31 December 2021.
