摘要

The study investigates factors influencing digital innovation, job engagement, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills in migrant women entrepreneurs in Bavaria, Germany. Primary quantitative data were collected through a Likert-scale online survey, and qualitative data through semi-structured interviews. The online survey, using convenient sampling, targeted established women entrepreneurs with family businesses from diverse cultural backgrounds in Bavaria, distributed via LinkedIn and the Amiga Munich Career Center. Semi-structured interviews, employing snowball sampling, were conducted with a similar population. Findings highlight the cultural background's role in entrepreneurship, the strong link between family and professional values, and governmental support for digital innovation, especially for women from diverse backgrounds facing challenges.
