A frequently undervalued yet highly significant aspect of leadership is humility. Leading with humility means understanding one's true self, acknowledging others’ contributions, and recognizing their potential. In this chapter, we will discuss the importance of humility in leadership. Rooted in Christian doctrines, humility is a fundamental virtue in Christianity. Leaders who embrace humility prioritize self-awareness and valuing others, which are two principles found often in both the Old and New Testaments.
