Optimizing Educational Data Storage and Retrieval in Learning Management Systems Using Table Valued Parameters with Blazor Components

In the rapidly evolving landscape of educational technology, Learning Management Systems (LMS) play a pivotal role in facilitating efficient teaching and learning experiences. This paper contributes to the ongoing discourse on optimizing LMS performance, offering insights into the potential advantages of utilizing Blazor components and Table Valued Parameters. It explores the implementation of a solution for the University of Tetova’s LMS using Blazor components, with a focus on optimizing educational data storage and retrieval. The proposed solution leverages the use of Table Valued Parameters (TVPs) as a key mechanism to enhance the efficiency and performance of database interactions. Simultaneously, it delves into the challenges associated with traditional data storage and retrieval methods in LMS and presents a novel approach utilizing Blazor components and TVPs. The findings of this study not only provide a roadmap for enhancing educational data management but also serve as a valuable resource for institutions seeking to improve their Learning Management Systems in the ever-evolving landscape of digital education.
