ICT: Inclusive Competences for Teaching

In the current educational context, which is constantly evolving, educational innovation linked to the constructive use of new technologies based on artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly important, which redefines the inclusive school paradigm: the individualization and personalization of learning, by teachers, become strategies to educate about differences and to bring all students, even those with specific learning disabilities, to the development of individual potential. To ensure that equality of opportunities does not remain a utopian aspiration, the teacher must design a learning environment that, thanks to new technologies, is more responsive to the cognitive, emotional and social styles of the students. This paper is intended as a guide for the teacher to help him/her analyze the new technologies “from inside them”, in order to be able to determine the correlation between the teaching use and the success of the teaching action. Therefore, it aims to be a stimulus for the teacher's reflection on the pedagogical approach to be used in the teaching action, on the ability to appropriately insert new technologies into the teaching/learning process, on the experience he/she has in structuring the activities and in the control of the entire process.
