A Comprehensive Service Blueprint for Enhancing Coopetition Networks
摘要
This research presents a groundbreaking exploration into the strategic deployment of coopetition networks by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), showcasing their indispensable role in achieving a competitive advantage and scaling effectively to confront the challenges of global digital supply chains. At the heart of this inquiry is the development of an innovative service blueprint framework designed to capture digital coopetition networks’ multifaceted interactions and value cocreation processes. This framework is crafted to overcome the limitations of traditional service blueprints, particularly in accurately mapping the customer's role in value co-creation and addressing the dynamic, multi-actor engagements essential for continuous innovation. Employing a proof of concept, the study validates the effectiveness of the comprehensive service blueprint in identifying all resource interactions, including those involving rivals, throughout the service process. Integrating Service-Dominant (S-D) Logic with empirical insights from coopetition network operations marks a significant advancement in Service Science, fostering innovation in co-creative interactions and setting new academic and practical standards for exploring service dynamics. The research concludes with a call to action for further scholarly and practical exploration of the proposed framework, emphasizing its potential to enhance coopetition network strategies. By offering SMEs strategic tools to navigate the digital economic landscape successfully, this study opens new avenues for research and application in coopetition strategies and digital network management, promising to revolutionize the understanding of collaborative competition in the digital age.
