Gender Differences in Undergraduate Engineering: Pilot Survey

Once a person has decided to study engineering, another important aspect of the overall experience in the engineering profession is their experience in undergraduate studies. The purpose of this chapter will be to present the pilot study that was distributed to one undergraduate institution in Canada to identify the factors that may be contributing to the differences in the engineering experience across genders.
