Anterior Segment OCT
摘要
The focus of this chapter is to point out which structures of the human eyeEye can be visualized using anterior segment optical coherence tomographyAnterior segment optical coherence tomography. The devices that were used for imaging (Casia SS-1000® and Casia2®, Tomey, Nagoya, Japan) are exemplary for those of other manufacturers. In particular, there shall be findings presented, that could potentially be overlooked with a purely slit-lamp-based clinical examination. The examinations are presented as both anterior segment optical coherence tomographyAnterior segment optical coherence tomography captures and clinical slit lampSlit lamp images from the outside to the inside: first the ocular surfaceOcular surface and corneaCornea, then the anterior chamber and iris, and finally the (artificial) lens and the vitreous. This shall highlight the diagnostic value of anterior segment optical coherence tomographyAnterior segment optical coherence tomography in the human eyeEye.
