Analyzing Our Organization and Strategizing to Grow or Survive. A Case Scenario

Strategy is the field of topics about the best hypothesis about relationships, causalities, and how things are connected, and which is important as a roadmap under changed and uncertain conditions. This chapter gives an overview of different response patterns to changes, what an organization is in relation to its surroundings, and how different systems essential for the organization are integrated. The relational interactions with the organization come into play under changing conditions. Adaptions will be necessary, and the strategic roadmap will be helpful in balancing formal and informal mechanisms, rational and emotional factors that are not under hierarchical the control of organization. Such understanding is necessary to arrive at the favored condition. A scenario at the end of the chapter will exemplify the theories.
