Implementation and Optimization of Swarm Based System for Multi-agent Coordination and Task Execution in Marine Environment
摘要
In this study, we have presented a cutting-edge approach to enhance the efficacy and sophistication of marine environmental management, specifically focusing on the crucial task of oil spill remediation. The study involves designing and refining swarm-based robotic systems for coordinated multi-agent operations in the demanding conditions of marine environments. The maneuverability and overall operational performance of autonomous robotic swarms under various maritime conditions can be substantially elevated by integrating advanced algorithms such as Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and innovative hybrid models. The proposed modified Particle Swarm Optimization (M-PSO) algorithm effectively addresses common challenges in optimization tasks using dynamic wave effects to improve navigation in complex solution spaces, especially in marine scenarios, unlike traditional PSO algorithms that struggle with conflicting objectives or changing fitness landscapes.
