Exploring Women Entrepreneurial Leadership in Ireland: A Comparative Study of Drivers, Perceptions, and Government Support

This study delves into the role of women’s entrepreneurship in Ireland, employing a demand-constraint-choice framework to analyze motivations and factors influencing entrepreneurial ventures.
