Granuloma Annulare

Granuloma annulare is a cutaneous granulomatous inflammatory disease, whose pathogenesis is poorly understood. It has been associated to several triggers, mostly to diabetes mellitus. In this chapter it is discussed the evidence on the association with those different pathologies and presents the different clinical subtypes with their histological clues. At the end, the different treatments that have shown efficacy are described, underlining that this is a therapeutic challenge.
