Intergenerational Constitutional Regulation
摘要
The article reviews the constitutional problems that arise from the recognition of fundamental rights of people that do not yet exist. Given the need to impose limits on activity that threatens the future of the environment, it explores the protection that environmental preservation bodies endowed with constitutional autonomy can offer. Finally, it examines the minimum requirements for these bodies to fulfill their future protection function.
