Conclusion
摘要
In this book, we explored the challenges that directors face when confronted with a moral dilemma and provide a structured framework to help them navigate these dilemmas. By unpacking the theoretical and practical aspects of moral decision-making in corporate governance, the book empowers directors to understand the nuances of moral identity and moral judgment, and how the complex interplay of stakeholder interests shapes moral decision-making. The book highlights that moral judgment is not a linear process, nor black or white, or right or wrong, but rather a complex evaluation involving different ethical, i.e. deontological perspectives.
