  • Mijntje Lückerath-Rovers

摘要

G-Star Raw C.V. (G-Star) was founded in 1989 and was initially well-known as a trendy denim brand that later expanded to include shoes, jackets, and accessories. Vert Fashion Company is a Vietnamese clothing factory that has been producing jackets, swim trunks, and shirts for G-Star for many years. In 2020, G-Star notified Vert that certain orders placed in previous years would not be fulfilled anymore. Due to a lack of timely preparation for this decision Vert would be forced to let people go and claimed damages amounting to over USD 17 million.
