Mario Alicata

  • Lorenza Foschini

摘要

At the end of 1944, a lanky, extremely thin man, already balding despite his being only 26, arrives in the city. He always wears a big black hat with wide brims, and an overcoat that is long and dark, slightly tattered but elegant. The young Neapolitan communists and the few staff of the newspaper he is preparing to edit, La Voce, are impressed, but above all intimidated. To Naples, recently awakened from the provincial torpor in which fascism has enveloped it, Mario Alicata brings the echo of the political and cultural events that are currently going on in Rome. His fame precedes him.
