Vital Necessity—The Reconstruction of the University Elementary School

The first two years were difficult. The development of an innovative curriculum made no progress, an appropriate school building could not be found, and the relationship with the university, the city, and the public at large left much to be desired. As the young school principal did not meet expectations, she was fired and replaced by a more experienced one.
