Quality Program Implementation Framework: Critical Factors in the Implementation Framework Leading to Work Conflict and Affecting the Quality of Product

Operation knowledge is evolving among educators, funders, academic leaders, evaluators, and experts to bridge the gap between science and reality. A quality educational program implementation framework is a generic external quality monitoring process and accreditation. The recognized necessity for program quality implementation revolves around a need for responsibility by partners and recognition of public service institutions. While the quality implementation framework drives the structure and the processes of educational program delivery, implementation, and evaluation, there is a likelihood that critical factors in the implementation framework work against the quality of program implementation and lead to conflict in work outcomes. This chapter explores the variables and critical factors related to quality implementation framework in educational programs to study its impact on the conflicts of work outcomes. The study also involves other internal stakeholders, such as academic directors and senior leaders, who play a vital role in balancing top-down and bottom-up styles to support and enhance collective responsibility that leads to the targeted development in the program implementation framework. The result of the study is expected to empower the improvement of a quality product and culture and influence the curriculum design, enhanced internal quality work, and the critical factors that need to cause changes to develop the Program Implementation Framework.
