Green knowledge management (GKM) has received significant attention among practitioners and scholars, but remains underdeveloped and understudied, particularly in identifying its antecedents and outcomes. This scarcity could be attributed to its novelty as a managerial phenomenon, and to the fact that its intersection with the sustainability field remains very limited and fragmentary. Hence, our current conceptual paper aims to contribute to enriching the extant literature on GKM by developing a conceptual model including its antecedents, consequences, mediators, and moderators and proposing new research propositions. Our conceptual framework has drawn on literature from fields that have been identified through a search of scholarly literature mainly accessible through electronic databases (e.g. Web of Science, Scopus, and Google Scholar). The initial literature review which started with an investigation of publications addressing the concept of GKM, was followed by a process of analysis and synthesis. This research contributes to extant knowledge by delimiting, detailing, charting, describing, or depicting GKM and its relationship to other entities. Hence, new and unpublished research propositions are proposed besides existing ones in the literature.

摘要
