The research aims to explore about the ethical concerns of ChatGPT application, with qualitative research approach, purposive sampling technique, collect primary data with face-to-face interview, adopt thematic data analysis to synthesise qualitative findings, namely: (1) issues of bias and discrimination; (2) malicious attack problem; (3) abuse and misuse issues; (4) morality drain and (5) harmful speech risk issue. Appropriate measurements are crucial to mitigate the potential ethical concerns of ChatGPT application in the market today.
