The Influence of Website Quality on Purchase Intention in a Digital Tourism Marketplace with E-Trust and Customer Satisfaction as Meditation Variables
摘要
This study aimed to determine the effect of website quality on purchase intention directly or through e-trust and customer satisfaction as mediating variables in a digital tourism marketplace. The research method used is a quantitative correlational study, which will be analyzed using inferential statistics and descriptive data analysis. The data collection technique used simple random sampling with the number of valid respondents used are 107. The result showed that having a high-quality website alone is insufficient to increase purchase intention. It was found that website quality can affect purchase intention through e-trust and customer satisfaction variables.
