摘要

The model presented in the paper is developed on the basis of the concept of the existence of self-organization forces within an enterprise, which are a reaction to the influence of factors in a nonlinear external business environment. Moreover, these forces operate regardless of the nature of targeted management actions. This model is based on the analysis in the adiabatic approximation of the behavior of the three-parameter Lorentz system. Here, the order parameter is a correlator between the business strategy chosen by the enterprise and changes in the external business environment. The field associated with the order parameter is reduced to information about changes in this environment; the role of the control parameter is played by the number of employees whose work corresponds to the chosen strategy and tactics of the enterprise. Assessment of the efficiency of the enterprise personnel is carried out on the basis of an analysis of the behavior of the synergetic potential of a given system. This potential describes the sustainability and adaptability of the enterprise’s activities to the influences of external factors of the market environment. The obtained results of simulation show that, within the framework of correct accounting of information about changes in the business environment, the optimal combination of self-organization and personnel management of an enterprise leads to the implementation of a sustainable stationary state that corresponds to high efficiency of business.
