Public Interest Litigation in the Environmental Protection Field

Due to the importance of the environmental crimes' serious effects on the human beings' health, animals' lives, plants existence and the natural and unnatural resources, comes the vital role of the environmental protection public interest litigations, through the environmental legislations. Starting from that concept, this paper discusses the environmental crime elements, the importance of the environmental protection public interest litigations, the UAE, KSA and Qatari current legislations, the competent judiciary and the judicial control authorities according to those legislations, in addition to mention the judicial problems in supporting sustainability, trying to give a general view of that issue.
