The Impact of Electronic Human Resource Management Practices on Employee Satisfaction and Productivity (Level of Position as a Moderating Role)

The research investigated the Impact of E HRM functions on the employee's satisfaction. The question of the research is whether there is any statistically significant impact of the E HRM functions on employees' satisfaction. The research aimed to examine the impact of e-recruitment, e-training, e-performance appraisal, and e-compensation systems on employees' satisfaction according to the level of the employee's position. The research adopted an inductive approach, descriptive-analytical approach, and historical approach. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach and the inductive approach in analyzing previous studies, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information. The selection of (160) individuals in a simple random manner, The study concluded that there is an effect of electronic human resources management on employee satisfaction, the research found that the E HRM Functions (e-recruitment, e-training, e-performance, e-compensation electronic) have a statistically positive impact on the employee's satisfaction with all position levels as the correlation coefficient R-value reached (0.853) at the level (≤ 0.05α). The value of the research is to provide a clear outlook regarding the importance the technology utilization in the field of human resources management to achieve outstanding employee satisfaction, which in return increases the employee' and organization's productivity.
