University Student Satisfaction: Evidence from Algonquin College of Kuwait

摘要

This study aims to explore students’ satisfaction and perception regarding the quality of education and their experience at Algonquin College Kuwait. Through a qualitative methodology based on focus group interviews. A focus group interview was conducted with 5 students. The results indicated that students’ satisfaction with their experience at the Canadian University in Kuwait is high. The overall response was positive, with students emphasizing that the educational content was relevant to their fields of study and that the courses had equipped them with the skills needed for their future careers. They also expressed satisfaction with the balance between theoretical and practical learning, which enhances their deep understanding of basic concepts and improves their skills. They praised the quality of facilities and resources on campus. In addition, students indicated that they benefited greatly from practical experiences in the field of programming and were satisfied with the quality of the equipment and software available. In computer laboratories. They also expressed their desire to improve diversity and inclusion in the university environment, emphasizing the importance of promoting initiatives that enhance diversity and encourage more social interaction among students. Students at the Canadian College of Kuwait are taught through study programs that include diplomas, business, and technology. Students learn through interaction.
