Through a qualitative methodology based on focus group interviews. A focus group interview was conducted with 6 patients. The overall response was positive, Kuwait is aggressively investing in healthcare infrastructure, thanks to a government-funded approach that provides free medical treatment to people and a developing private sector. Key pillars of service quality are investigated, including patient-centered care, clinical expertise, timely access, and modern technology. The study emphasizes Kuwait’s focus on continual improvement, patient safety, and communication, emphasizing the country’s commitment to delivering top-tier healthcare services that match the changing requirements of its varied population. Moreover, the patients are satisfied with the private hospital system in all aspects, as each hospital follows a special system that helps patients obtain their medical care regularly, they can communicate with their doctors remotely, and they can choose a suitable appointment for themselves. This helps them organize their lives with hospital appointments, as it does not conflict with their work time or busy time, and it also helps them commit to visiting the doctor and maintaining their health.
