A Conceptual Framework for Disseminating Practices Related to the Twin Transition on a Territory

Twin transition is rapidly impacting all economic sectors, including agriculture. However, there is a lack of a common vision on how farms (typically SMEs) could implement its goals. The purpose of this study is to examine the unique capabilities of farms and the challenges they face to enable the operational execution of initiatives and measures related to twin transition. To do this, a double perspective is adopted: the role of public funding and the role of the university. It is hypothesized that both aspects contribute to sharing and disseminating projects in order to increase economic accessibility, create quality jobs in a territory, and by analyzing how the territory can support farms in sustainable growth.
