Signed Measures

The chapter deals with an extension of the theory discussed in the monograph to the case when the energy problem is considered for signed measures (positive on one plate and negative on the other one). Many features of the theory for positive measures go through to this signed measure setting, which is related to weighted rational function (just as the positive measure case was related to weighted polynomials).
