Weighted Approximation in \( \mathbb{C}^{\textit{N}} \)

In this appendix we will give multidimensional versions of some of the results on weighted approximation given in Chapters I, II and III. Those chapters rely on potential theory in one complex variable and its extension to the weighted case. For the multidimensional generalizations we will use pluripotential theory.
