摘要

This article highlights the crucial role of the Human Resources Director (HRD) in managing organizational change. In a world of rapid globalization and technological advances, companies must constantly adapt to remain competitive. As a result, the HRD has become an essential member of the management team, responsible for ensuring that strategic objectives are met, steering the change process, and promoting the development of human capital. The paper explores different strategies for effectively driving change, highlighting two main approaches: transformative learning and reproductive learning. Communication is identified as a key element in this process and must be integrated at every stage to facilitate the transition. Human resources managers, in collaboration with top management, must mobilize all the players and different parts of the organization to ensure the success of the planned strategic change. Finally, the document details the important steps for successful change management within an organization, highlighting the importance of drawing up a plan, strengthening leadership, creating political support, developing structures and frameworks, communicating, involving stakeholders, and institutionalizing change.
