As of May 2021, the COVID-19 pandemic induced a severe threat to community. The demand for telemedicine increased, particularly for individuals who have been diagnosed as COVID-19-positive. To this end, we aim to develop a comprehensive and user-friendly telemedicine system. The system dues with online appointment scheduling, which ensures telemedicine can provide realtime process and become more accessible for healthcare providers. The patients’ family members do not need to appear during the consultation. Our system utilizes a website for scheduling appointments and then conducting telemedicine services as well as case management through LINE, a widely adopted messaging platform in East Asia. This ensures patients remain informed and engaged throughout the consultation process. In the event of missed appointments, the system automatically re-queues patients in the consultation list, avoiding oversights, and has all patients noticed. In the post-consultation, the system continues to monitor patient conditions; it provides a valuable tool for nurses and healthcare providers to maintain ongoing patient care and monitoring. Our approach achieves timeliness, convenience, and scalability for the healthcare. This research paves the way for a more accessible and user-friendly healthcare system in the future.
