The soil is a crucial component in construction, as it forms the foundation of a land-based system. To ensure the stability and effectiveness of these systems, the properties and behaviour of soil must be well understood. When the engineering properties of soil need enhancement, it becomes vital to implement appropriate measures in order to improve its mechanical characteristics.
