Overview of Automated Negotiation Approaches Based on Cloud Systems

Cloud computing is a pay-as-you-go model where users only pay for the resources they actually use. Despite the advancements in cloud technology, there are still a number of restrictions and difficulties for cloud providers to ensure proper functioning such as availability, conflicting requirements and lack of interoperability. In order to address these issues, automated negotiation is considered as the most flexible strategy to provide the best service for the trading parties in the shortest time period. It focuses on automated negotiation approaches based on cloud system. This paper provides a comprehensive survey of the existing works and a comparative analysis of the studied approaches. It concludes by outlining some critical challenges for further directions.
