Interactive Chatbot with AI Support for Universities: Enhancing Student Engagement and Administrative Efficiency

Artificial intelligence powered interactive chatbots are computer programs that simulate human dialogue. Instead of permitting a conventional conversation with a real human agent, a chatbot is a software tool that performs an online chat discussion and is constructed employing NLP techniques and frameworks. This paper introduces a chatbot, the ideal virtual assistant for engineering candidates, who offers a prompt and accurate response to any question during their admission process. The proposed chatbot in this study was created using Botpress and includes NLU so that it can recognize the user's intent and respond properly. The chatbot is then integrated into the college website and may be used by any university to connect with students who have questions by providing interactive FAQs. Depending on the results, the proposed chatbot system's operation is quite impressive in that it gives users the right response. A survey is undertaken to obtain accurate user feedback, and the findings show that the chatbot has a 92% response accuracy rate.
