Schematic Review of Sentiment Analysis Techniques
摘要
A technique called sentiment analysis is being used to analyze user comments and tweets to better grasp what people’s views are. The speed with which the world is changing may be directly attributed to the rapid advancement of technology. Nowadays, the Internet is a vital component of everyday life. People are turning more often to the apps offered by social networking sites in order to express their perspectives on current events. It is crucial to gather and analyze feedback from customers while attempting to increase sales of a product or enhance the quality of a government service. Alternatively known as sentiment analysis, opinion mining refers to the practice of identifying the emotional underpinnings of various points of view in preparation for a discussion. The rate of growth has been meteoric in recent years in the popularity of using sentiment analysis to evaluate the feelings of consumers. In the most recent research, neural networks are used to conduct an analysis of the tweets sent by users of Twitter. Data use has increased over the last several years from Twitter for survey research, and academics are becoming more interested in “tweets” (also known as comments) and the substance of these expressions. As a result, the goal of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of various sentiment analysis techniques when used with data from Twitter.
