Discussion on the Labor Shortage Problem in Taiwan’s Construction Industry
摘要
Taiwan’s rapid economic development have caused the dilemma of the shortage of various skilled workers in the construction industry. This study discusses and analyzes the problem of labor shortage in Taiwan’s construction industry. Based on the interview contents and SWOT strategy analysis, this study used TOWS Matrix analysis to provide some suggestions to the government and managers.
