摘要

As digital technologies pervade every facet of our lives, establishing trust for digital interactions has become paramount. This paper explores the dynamics of trust computing within the digital realm, leveraging Fuzzy Logic (FL) to address the inherent ambiguities and uncertainties. We introduce a Fuzzy-based System for Assessment of Relational Trust (FSART), which evaluates the relational trust by considering four input parameters: Influence (If), Importance (Ip), Similarity (Sm), and Reputation (Rp), which is a new parameter. The Relational Trust (RT) is the output parameter. We assessed the performance of the proposed system by computer simulations. The evaluation results show that the values of RT increase with increasing of Sm, Rp, Ip, and If, confirming their positive impact on RT. In the case when If = 0.5, Ip = 0.9, Rp = 0.9, and when If = 0.9, Ip = 0.9, and Rp is 0.5 and 0.9, for all values of Sm, all RT values exceed 0.5, indicating that entities are considered trustworthy.
