摘要

Recently, earthquakes became a serious social problem due to affecting many aspects. In particular, it is difficult to forecast earthquakes, and it is important to figure out the situation at the disaster affect quickly immediately after an earthquake. Human safety is dependent on accurate and rapid assessment of the situation inside buildings. This study discuses a system detecting damaged building by smartphones and wireless access points to support activities at the disaster affected area safety. The proposed system that inspects the safety of the building in real time uses wireless access points employing Wi-Fi RTT (Round Trip Time), installed in a building before a disaster occurs. The effectiveness of the proposed study is evaluated by simulation, and the results confirm that if the proposed study can learn enough data from daily activities, it can warn people to avoid entering unsafe buildings, and it contributes to prevent secondary damage in the event of an anomaly.
