Complicated Rathke Cleft Cysts

Most Ratke cleft cysts are silent and are managed conservatively. Their size and their MR signals frequently vary and they can spontaneously vanish. Some RCCs produce a mass effect if mucus production exceeds absorption: headaches and visual symptoms can occur.
