Pathologic/Radiologic Correlation

All specialty areas have their own bodies of knowledge and case material. The “knowledge” is preserved in the minds of practitioners as well as in specimen collections, medical journals, and textbooks (and now on the World Wide Web). The Army Medical Museum and the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology and their staff played key roles in centralizing, disseminating, and advancing specialty knowledge of bone tumors.
