Positioning, Arthroscopic Portals, and Diagnostic Arthroscopy

This chapter provides the basic knowledge necessary for successful arthroscopic surgery on the elbow joint. In addition to different forms of patient positioning (back, stomach, and side positioning) with their respective advantages and disadvantages, all common arthroscopy portals are described in detail, and the process of a standardized diagnostic tour of the elbow joint is explained.
