Patient Positioning, Arthroscopic Portals, Diagnostic Arthroscopy, and Tendon (Graft) Harvesting
摘要
This chapter provides the basic knowledge necessary for successful arthroscopic surgery and reconstructive ligament surgery on the knee joint. In addition to patient positioning, all common arthroscopy portals are described in detail, the process of a standardized diagnostic tour of the knee joint is presented, and the removal of different autologous tendon transplants (semitendinosus/gracilis tendon, quadriceps tendon, patellar tendon) and their preparation are explained.
