Patient Positioning, Arthroscopic Portals, Diagnostic Arthroscopy, Arthroscopic Sliding Knots
摘要
There are two positioning options for shoulder arthroscopy, the so-called beach chair positioning and side positioning, each with specific advantages. Standard portals enable safe access to the joint for diagnostics and therapy. As part of the diagnostic tour, pathologies, normal variants, and normal findings can be recorded and further surgery can be planned. Additional portals often help and are created using the so-called outside-in technique, taking into account the further necessary surgical steps. In order to enable optimal care, they must be planned precisely. Depending on the type of treatment (e.g., shoulder stabilization, rotator cuff refixation), arthroscopic slip knots can be helpful and improve stability.
