Uses of Blockchain in Internet of Medical Things: A Systematic Review

A significant problem is raising health care standards in the face of a rapidly growing population. The current healthcare system is inefficient and beset by subpar care, exorbitant costs, and a lack of human and material resources. These issues with the health system were demonstrated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Numerous thousands of people were placed in a quarantine and given inadequate medical attention. The development of sophisticated, effective, and secure healthcare systems is essential to raising the standard of living for everyone. Several study areas on blockchain application in IoMT are highlighted in the review article that is being proposed, including authentication, federated/deep learning, intrusion detection, task scheduling, and certification/verification.
