Modeling of an Aquaponic System
摘要
The growing world population necessitates sustainable food production. Aquaponics combines traditional agriculture and hydroponics, offering quick, healthy food with low costs and environmental benefits. Despite long-standing knowledge, optimization remains partial. Our study uses a system abstraction to describe the aquaponic model, considering causality, stochasticity, and conditionality. We address subsystems and propose strategies for measurement, control, and monitoring. However, more research is needed on nutrient dynamics, allelopathic relationships, and stress conditions to optimize aquaponic systems.
